How does this sound to you?
Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball - a recipe that I originally received from Plain & Simple.
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
2 Tbs brown sugar
3/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
Graham Crackers
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter & vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars. Beat just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Refrigerate 2 hours. Place on large piece of plastic wrap. Shape into a ball. Refrigerate at least one hour. Just before serving, roll in pecans to coat.
This is what I am making today. Why? Because this month, Thrills, our MIA Kitchen Coordinator is celebrating National Georgia Pecan Month and National Peanut Butter Lover's Month. Sound delish? Live locally? Consider joining us tomorrow morning for some food, fellowship and encouragement.

Sounds delish! I hope you all had fun. I'll be making this one for a Christmas party for certain. Thanks for sharing it.
This was wonderful by the way. I just had to have a taste, even though my plate was almost full by the time I got to it!
