Community Connectors met again for the Month of April sewing, knitting & crocheting baby blankets for the Neo-natal Intensive Care Unit at Harrisburg Hospital. They have done such a fabulous job and this is only half of our stash. I would need a wide angle lens to cover them all. It has been a great time and I know I have been blessed to be a part of this and minister with such beautifully talented ladies (you young ladies are included too).Some side information for those who participated -
Drop Off Date : Last day to drop off finished blankets is Wed. May 6th at Christ Community Church.
Hopefully that will give me enough time to finish some of mine too. :)
Next Community Connectors Date: Fall of 2009. We will be taking a break over summer and regrouping with lots of great plans in the Fall. More details to follow.
Delivery to Hospital : Tuesday May 12th. We will meet at the church at 10am and head over together to the Hospital.
