It has been several weeks since I last posted about my weight loss. That's because I'm in a holding pattern. Not going up but not going down. I'm still around the 149 - 152 pounds mark, depending on the time of day.
Last week the kids were on spring break and I wasn't particularly good about keeping to my healthy living rules, but mercifully, it wasn't reflected on the scale today.
With spring here (I think) and summer quickly approaching, I am going to be in need of some new clothes that fit but I still don't want to go down that road until I lose more. So as my good friend likes to say "Poop or get off the pot." Sorry, that sounded a little crude this early in the morning but it makes the point nicely.
So this week I'm challenging myself to take the shrink wrap off the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD. That's it...shrink wrap off. I'm trying to pace myself. Plus, if I aim low surely I can exceed my goals.

Hold on, I have to lick the chocolate off my fingers to give you an update.
Yeah, I'm not doing so good.
But, I'm going to eat a vegetable tomorrow. I promise.
Ah...yes...healthy challenge.
We went on our vacation and I lost the weight gained but then spring happened and baseball season began. Needless to say I have gained back 4 of my previous lost pounds. Not thrilled that I found them again.
I'm working on figuring out this new schedule and incorporating exercise again. So far this week I have exercised two days.
