Healthy Lifestyle Challenge - Week #6

Not much to say about this past week. Still plugging along and doing well on most of my goals. Exercise is the last frontier I need to conquer and I believe if I could get that engine going I'd see a more rapid loss of poundage. We had several get togethers so I didn't eat as well as I would've hoped, but at least the damage wasn't that bad.

I asked this week to share with us your love language. As far as I know, love language has nothing to do with weight loss. I just thought it was a good question for this week long celebration of L-O-V-E. My love language is quality time. I think next is words of affirmation.

You are absolutely right regarding the lack of damage. I think it is difficult when you have more evenings where you aren't eating "normal". :)

Be encouraged! The fact that you are staying true to the things you've already changed is huge. You're doing great!!!
