I was just reading something about board games, and I thought to myself, "Wow, it has been too long since I have played a board game, and I like to play board games (and card games too)!" It is fun to play with just my husband, but it is also fun to play with friends too!
The games that we own (that I can remember) are: Cranium, Monopoly, Parcheesi, Yahtzee, UNO, catch Phrase, Pictionary and maybe something else, but that is all that I can remember. When we were first married, I remember playing pictionary with just Dawson. I know, it is really a 4+ person game, but we had fun and a lot of laughs.
Our friends from Connecticut are coming to visit us next weekend, and we usually find some time to play board games together - at this point in our lives, it is after we put the kids down to sleep...I am really looking forward to seeing them!
So, what games do you have in your house? If there are too many to name, I would be interested in knowing what your favorite games are, and what you suggest I should consider buying next!

I would recommend Buzzword and Apples to Apples. Both are fun for groups of various sizes and neither is too hard!
Apples to Apples (the regular one and Junior version) and Imaginif are the favorites at our house.
Last night we had a guest over and played "ImagineIff". We had a great time and anticipate playijng with our family this Christmas.
On a regular basis, with Scarlett, we play Clue, Uno Attack, Scene It Disney, Life and over Tnanksgiving she played a full game (six hours) of Indaina Jones Monopoly with Brother Bear and Not-So-Classic. We love games.
We love games at our house too! Hulabaloo is so fun with little kids - you are up and moving around. Lucky Ducks is also good for the little ones - but the quacking takes some getting used to. My older two love Mancala, with is a really simple game played with flat marbles. Uno Attack is fun - the kids squeal and giggle everytime the cards come out. And the last I would say would be Battleship. I love this game... definitely for the older ones. Huckleberry and J play this often. Hope this helps!
Best game ever...Time's Up.
You guys are all great!
