Apple Valley Creamery

I recently learned of Apple Valley Creamery in East Berlin from BJ who cuts my hair. Her neighbor use to go to the farm every so often and buy milk, eggs, and cheese. BJ would ask her to pick up stuff for her also. Well, now the farm is expanding their business and they will deliver their goods to your doorstep. Just like the old days!

You can get fresh milk in glass bottles, eggs from cage-free chickens that enjoy on an all-natural diet and beef from corn-fed steers that do not receive any growth promoting hormones.

Apple Valley Creamery is a small, family-owned dairy farm and creamery committed to providing healthy, quality dairy products. Their milk is wholesome, farm-fresh, and all-natural. They also offer a wide range of other products such as specialty milks, eggs from cage-free chickens, butter, beef, baked goods, and seasonal items such as cider.

I do need to make one correction, earlier in the week I said the milk was organic. It isn't organic, but the milk is all-natural. Their cows are not given the rBST hormone injection and are grass fed. Milk from grass fed cows is healthier because it contains more cancer fighting agents than milk from cows that are not allowed to graze.

Their delivery zone right now is Dillsburg and south of the turnpike from route 15. Although many of you don't live in that area, if you're interested, let me know and I may have a trick or two up my sleeve. You can also visit their store at the farm. They even have tours that would be great for the kids.

Apple Valley Creamery. Farm fresh milk delivered to your door!

Sounds like a nice farm. I wish there was something like that where we lived!

I am stopping by from the Bloggy Giveaway. Thank you for entering my contest for the Motivated Moms. There was another winner, but I hope you'll stop by time to time. :)
