Colon Cancer Fact: Colon cancer is the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the United States, accounting for about 20 percent of all cancer deaths.



The prep I'm using today is called the OsmoPrep. I take 4 large pills every 15 minutes for 1-1/2 hours with 8 oz. of water. There are a few different pill preps---you can use Google to get their names.


I just downed all four pills in a minute and then set the timer on the microwave for 15 minutes.
