100 Things to Do in Central Pennsylvania

I seriously can't believe that my kids are going to be home for the summer in just 13.5 days. That has set my mind to thinking of ways we can spend a delightful and fun-filled summer (i.e. not kill each other).

So on May 12 I'm going to start a new series of posts on things to do in Central Pennsylvania. Activities and places to visit for all ages and at all price points---although we really do like free. My goal is to come up with 100 ideas, but I'm going to need your help.

Send me your ideas for summer fun. Where do you like to take the kids to beat the summer heat? What out of the way spot is always a hit with your family? What kind of activities do your kids beg to do (think blowing bubbles and sprinklers)?

Summer is comin'. What are you going to do for fun?

Except for the cost of gas and sunscreen, an overnighter to The Gang's pool is always free :) And the company is scintillating!

For indoor stuff, Museum4Me or Curiosity Connection are fun and not too pricey. I'm excited to learn about more places to go as we are a little tired of McD's and the Harrisburg Mall play area.
