Thomas the Train Recall

When I first read about this recall on another blog, I really thought it was just one of those urban myths. In this day and age, who in the world still uses lead based paint on anything, especially a children's toy!!

But you might want to take a look at this recall notice from the Consumer Product Safety Commission. The gist: 1.5 million Thomas trains sold starting in 2005 are being recalled for containing lead paint. Here’s the company statement.
